The Commission has prepared a document of 2,000 pages after compiling all suggestions from the general public.
On the basis of their nature, suggestions / recommendations have been divided into 53 categories.
A large number of former bureaucrats, judges of the High Court, lawyers and even Nris have sent their views on the design of the bill and modification suggested, the commission source said to TOI.
The chairman of the Justice State Law Commission was Mittal told TI that the panel considered all suggestions, modifications and criticism in the light of the Indian constitution.
He said that the Commission hoped to submit a draft bill with the last state government in the second week of August.
According to sources, the majority of people have suggested restrictions on those who violate population control actions from the arguments of even MLA and MP elections, while the Commission has recommended a refusal of violators from local elections.
The source said that the suggestion could not be entertained because the state government had no right to Lok Sabha and Vidhan Sabha polls.
Many people suggest that there must be complete limit to polygamy and that right to choose those who have more than two children must be limited.
Some suggest that those who have two daughters must be allowed to have the third child with the expectations of a boy.
There are some who recommend not counting princesses; Others want parents have more than two children to be kept away from government rations, contracts, tenders or licenses.
Some of them also suggest that the benefits of reservations should not be extended to a partner who violates the norm of two children.
Some of the views that abortion law must be relaxed because sometimes the family method plans to fail.
Some even suggest honorarium for mothers who have two or less children.
Some of them also suggest that the law must be associated with Aadhaar while others express concern that the proposed law will increase sex determination tests during pregnancy which can cause a rise in feticide.
There are some who feel that the proposed law is a violation of privacy rights.
Some criticize the design of the bill because it doesn’t talk about a single mother or father.
There are some who want to know what will happen to divorced, married, or widower, etc.
Some also suggest that there must be free Hajj pilgrims for Muslims who obey the norm of two children.
One person also suggested a break at least five increases if a government servant violated the two children’s norms.
Some of the views that by providing incentives to have one child, the Hindu community will be older after 20 years while others argue that the proposed law may not apply to SC / STS as being carried out in Assam.
There are opinions like some couples are given government work to follow the norm of one child.
Suggestions were also given to free up the armed force personnel from this law because there had been traditions in various families to send their children to the army.
