Ranchi: MP Congress and former Union Minister Shashi Tharoor on Friday described the central decision to attract three controversial agricultural laws learned.

Tharoor, who is the national president of the Jharkhand Professional Congress Committee, is in Jharkhand for a two-day visit and he landed in Ranchi on Thursday night.
On Friday morning, he inaugurated a library in the Murhu Block, along with the skill development center.
In its address, Tharoor leaned the need to develop the reading habits and needs of the library.
“Books expand the mind and open the dimensions of new thinking.
I urged the Murhu to read books in the library and also, took home the book to read.
Jharkhand Professionals Congress Committee is building a skill development center here for farmers and will be ready when I visit the next time, “said Tharoor.
