Panaji: Girish Goa Congress President on Thursday said that “intimidating tactics” the government would not succeed in silence and maintain the truth about their minister’s involvement in the sex scandal.
“We will not get pressure.
We struggle to bring the truth,” Chodankar said told reporters in connection with the notice presented to him allegedly by the victim through Mumbai-based law firms not to reveal any evidence.
Chodankar said that he would not reply to the notice.
Accusing CM Pramod Sawant protected his guilty minister, Chodankar challenged President Sawant and BJP Sadanand Shet Tanavade to state that there was no evidence.
“I haven’t met the victim, but I have seen recordings where he talks about the injustice done by the minister,” he said.
“Cm wants the victim to determine crimes.
The crime is not limited to one victim.
Some women will advance to complain about the minister if there is no action taken against him,” he said.
