Letter: After 46 days, fresh Covid-19 cases fell below 50

Letter: The Covid case has dropped below 50 after 46 days when the number of new cases fell to 47 on Friday.
However, in the district infection of the letter continued to be higher than in the city.
A total of 73 cases were reported in rural areas.
There were no deaths reported in the city while one person gave up on Covid in the district.
A 68-year-old man with comorbidity from ten villages died on Friday.
Health officials claim that although these cases declined rapidly, some cases will continue to be reported as an infection will take time to subside.
“The case will never zero.
Even though the infection has been controlled and the current wave is less severe compared to the previous one, cases will continue,” said a health official.
With the possibility of a continuation of the case, health officials will maintain several hospital facilities to recognize severe patients.
The majority of the government and private hospitals remain empty for the past month.
Health officials claim that the vaccination of booster doses will also play a role in preventing the death of comorbidders.
“The chances of comorbid people are serious because of higher infections.
The booster dose will help protect these patients in the coming days,” an official said.
