Letter: Five police officers were ordered for killing on Wednesday night in connection with the deaths of two young men inside the Chikhli police station last week.
Violations registered at the Police Inspector suspended Ajitsinh Vala, Sub-Inspector M B Kamni, Constable Shaktisinh Zala, Constable Ravindra Rathod and Ramji; Based on the complaint submitted by Mitesh Jadhav, brother from one of the young men who had died Ravi Jadhav.
Ravi and Sunil Pawar (both 19 years old) were found dead on July 21 in the computer room of the Chikhli police station.
The police claimed that the duo hung himself using a computer cable from the ceiling fan.
The duo was taken by the police accused of being suspected of theft of motorcycle the previous day.
According to FIR, five policemen had been ordered for murder, causing injury, kidnapping, wrong confinement, extortion, criminal conspiracy and various parts of the scheduled caste and tribit actions (prevention of cruelty).
“We have registered what FIR (the family of the deceased) allegedly in their complaints,” said P g Chaudhary Inspector from the Chikhli police station.
The family has stated that police Chikhli police station has violated legal guidelines that should be followed.
They alleged that the police did not record in the Diary Station about their arrest, or notified the family of the two suspects after they were arrested.
The duo was not produced before Judge Judicial or copy of FIR was sent to the Judicial Magistrate Court, a family member claimed.
“They (the young man who died) had alleged that the two suspects were not suicidal but were killed in the police station,” Chaudhary said.
Investigation in this case has been submitted to R D Faldu, police deputy supervisor (SC / ST cell).
Registration of FIR came after a family member who died, members of the Tribal Community, BJP and the MLA Congress and local politicians made representations to district collectors and police supervisors.

Initially, senior police officers had suspended four policemen except Vala to calm people.
However, the movement asked questions and finally Vala was also suspended.
Later, the family of the two young men, supported by the community and selected leaders demanded that violations registered with the police when Ravi and Sunil were taken illegally and healthily, the day before their bodies were found.
