Surat: Eight new Covid-19 cases reported from a letter on Sunday.
One patient, a woman, among those tested positively on Sundays in need of hospitalization, officials of Municipal Corporation (SMC) received information.
On Saturday, the letter has registered 11 new cases.
According to Sumber SMC, Athwa Zone reported as many as seven new cases while from the western zone of one patient was tested positively.
Of the eight new cases, four are men while the rest are women.
Women alone who need hospitalization are not vaccinated.
Meanwhile, there were no new cases reported from the registered letter district while three people were tested positive at Valsad two in Navsari.
