Letter: The sales representative from the Bank’s credit card department was ordered for allegedly raping a 26-year-old interior designer several times and forced him to swallow abortion pills after he was pregnant.
Police Pandesara has ordered Hemchandra Dayma (29), based on the complaint submitted by the woman on Monday night.
The police said that the defendant even though he married one child told the woman that he was not married to establish a relationship with him.
According to the case details, Dayma and the woman had come into contact about a year ago.
Dayma, a resident of Udhna, has contacted the woman by telephone offering a credit card from her bank.
Then, the duo exchanged telephone numbers and began to interact with each other.
When their relationship grew, Dayma pressed the woman to get her physical and took her to a hotel in Dumas where she was suspected of raping her, several times.
However, a few weeks ago, when the woman told the Dayma that she was pregnant, she got several abortion pills and forced her to swallow it.
A few days later the woman knew that Dayma married and the father of a child.
The woman felt cheated and filed a police complaint with Pandesara police on Monday night.
Police Pandesara registered a rape case against Dayma and began further investigation.
