LG Electronics (LG) has launched its first game laptop (17g90q model), expanding its ultragear premium lineup.
Gaming laptops only come in purple gray and initially will be available in the United States and South Korea starting early 2022.
It will be launched in other markets.
Product prices have not been revealed.
Gaming Laptop 17G90Q LG has 17.3 inch FHD (1,920 x 1,080) IPS panel with a response time of 1 milliseconds claimed and the level of refresh 300Hz.
This is powered by the Intel Tiger Lake 200 gene processor combined with the Max-Q Max-Q graphics card NVIDIA GeForcetm RTX 3080.
LG has included a steam room cooling system to take care of devices that heat up during playing games.
The laptop is present in two Dual Channel DDR4 RAM-16GB and 32GB options – and supports storage up to 1TB with the M.2 double SSD slot (NVME).
Gaming laptops are supported by 93Wh batteries.
LG Gaming software: Studiothe Ultratear LG 17G90Q comes with LG game software, LG Ultragear Studio, which allows users to adjust the game related options and track various performance data – including CPU hours, GPU TDP and clock, and memory stock rates – in the actual time .
For a unique display, users can choose and apply different colors for each single key from an interesting laptop RGB keyboard, LG said in a post.
The 2-way speaker system and the Intel Killer LG 17G90Q wireless technology comes with an internal 2-way speaker system.
Supports DTS: X Ultra, the speaker is intended to accurately deliver the direction and location of the sound in the game environment, helping players find their teammates and track their enemies more easily, claim the company.
17G90Q is also equipped with Intel Killer Wireless, which is intended to provide a fast and stable network connection for online playing.
