Patna: Locals and children drawn to the Utkramit Madhya Vidyalaya library, nicknamed ‘Shiksha Udan’, for the design themed aircraft.
Located in Sivaisinghpur from the Patori Sub-Division in Samastipur Regency, the library was officially opened on January 10 by the Principal of Meghan Sahni, which made the concept of the idea during the locking Covid-19 in 2020.
