The HRAWI maintained that 370 restaurants and pubs are influenced in Mumbai, Mira-Bhayander, Navi Mumbai and from the areas of Parbhani, Kolhapur and Satara.
Following HRAWI had previously moved HC to decrease the license fees for 2020-21 because of Covid19 limitations, the country reduced it by 50 percent.
However, for 2021-22, on January 28, it advised greater prices.

The country has been directed to determine its own representation expeditiously and over four months.
