Noida: The National Restaurant Association (NRAI) from India has written to the chairman of the Yogi Adityanath Minister for the urgent review of the time and limitation of capacity in the restaurant that continues in the city despite the daily calculation of Covid infection falls.
The letter, signed by Restaurateur and Noida Chapter Head Varun Khera, requesting restaurant surgery according to the condition of the license.
It is said that this will bring assistance that is needed for industry at this critical point and help prevent further business closure and job losses.
Limited working hours means the restaurant must be closed at 10pm.
This, argues the owner of the restaurant, has affected the business of dinner time because the last order must be taken at 9pm so guests can depart at 9.45 a night.
The restaurant industry, letter letters, have seen several outlets that close permanently and lose a lot of work throughout the country for the past two years.
“Experience for the last two waves shows that the pandemic graph continues to decline after the restaurant is opened for operations.
Industry, however, continues to operate with capacity and time restrictions even though other activities are permitted to operate normally,” said the letter.
NRAI asked for direct appointment of seating capacity and early closing restrictions to allow restaurants to operate full time and hope for early recovery and prevent job income and losses.
