Bengaluru: The ‘Hijab’ (Scarf) line in Karnataka is increasingly intensive on Monday with several students who seek to oppose the government’s order that mandates a uniform style of clothing because the Chairman of the Minister of Bukavarab Bommai issued an attraction to maintain peace.
At a college in Kundapur in Udupi Regency, the principal spoke to girls wearing a headscarf and explained the government’s orders to them.
But the students insisted on wearing a headscarf, and asked to go to a separate room arranged for them.
Education Minister B C Nagesh told students who insisted on wearing a headscarf would not be allowed to enter government educational institutions.
Then, he asked several students who protested on the road outside of college to sit in a separate room but they did not give lessons.
“The protest on the road is a nuisance.
So they were asked to sit in a room but in whatever circumstances they were allowed to sit in the classroom (with hijab) or separate classes held for them,” said Nagesh.
The girls who sit on the road are not Indian culture, he said and proceeded to say: “Indian culture has given a respectable position woman.
Therefore, a separate room for them …
innocent children don’t realize school.” According to him.
, separate settings only for a day when everyone waits for hearing in the Karnataka High Court over the line on Tuesday.
A group of students came in today’s procession wearing Syning Saffron.
They were prevented from entering the place by their headmaster and police personnel there.
The students say they will wear scarves if the girls use headscarves are permitted in class.
They agreed to enter the class by removing their scarves only after the principal convinced them that no student wearing a headscarf would be permitted.
Two people were arrested on charges of brandishing knives during the protest of hijab-saffron shawl by students, police said.
They were arrested near college with a tip-off that five people arrived at a place with deadly weapons to create communal tension on Friday, the police said.
The police were looking for three other people who were allegedly involved in this case.
The two captured had a delayed criminal case, said police sources.
Meanwhile, some Sporting Blue Students Scarf entered a college in Chikkamagaluru, and raised the ‘Jai Bhim’ slogan in front of them wearing a turmeric scarf.
These students support girls wearing headscarves.
There are reports of several students in Chikkaballater, Bagalkote, Bataghiavi, Hassan and Mandya who come to universities who wear headscarf and turmeric scarves in chasing government orders issued on Saturdays that prohibit uniforms.
In Bellagavi and Mandya, girls raised the slogan demanding justice during a rally permit that demanded protests for the use of headscarves.
In front of the listener of the high court on the line, Bommai appealed to everyone to maintain peace and said the government would take steps after the court order.
He asked the institution to follow the obligatory uniform rules issued by the government until the court order came out.
Speaking to reporters after landing in New Delhi, the national capital, he said, “his problem before the High Court and will be decided there.
Therefore, I appealed to everyone to maintain peace and no one took steps to disrupt peace.” “All must follow the country’s orders (in uniform) until the court decides,” he said.
The court will hear a five-girl petition questioning the restrictions on wearing a headscarf.
Bommai noted that the constitution was mentioned in several ways such as what would be imposed in schools and colleges and even state education laws have explained in the rules.
Asked why the line refused to die in the country, he said this problem was not limited to Karnataka because it had been discussed in a big way in Kerala and Maharashtra where the problem was decided by each high court.
