New Delhi: The Delhi government has decided now to take over management of other schools that have announced on Wednesday their intention to take control of the apeejay school in Sheikh Sarai.
On Thursday, he sent a notification to Bal Bharati public school in Rohini with the approval of Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijaal.
The state government has made this decision after the institution allegedly failed to obey the direction to attract the increase in “arbitrary” costs.
Deputy Chief of Minister Manish Sisodia reiterated on Thursday that the government of the Kejrianwi would not let schools increase costs this way.
“If there are schools that take such a step, we will take strict action against them,” Sisodia said.
According to Notifications sent to Bal Bharati, “During the detailed inspection of records, the Directorate of Education found that the total funds with the school for 2017-2018 were Rs 23.81.82,958.
From this, Rs 20,94,38,802 is expected to be spent.

Management The school has a clean surplus around Rs 2,87,44,156.
After this, the Directorate of Education concluded that there was no need for school management to increase costs.
In this case, the Directorate refused to receive a cost increase submitted by the school for the Academic Session 2017-2018.
“While the school must adjust the cost of hiked collected in 2017-18, the government receives complaints from parents that schools have increased costs several times in 2018-19 and 2019-20, and also ask them to deposit arrears.
Orders stated, “As a result, Doe issued a notification to school on May 10, 2019, asking why school recognition should not be canceled or why the government did not take over school management.” When the school’s response was unsatisfactory, the Delhi government has decided to begin the process of taking over school management.
Schools react through a statement, “We have not received communication from DoE and will consider all problems after we receive direct communication.
