Coimbatore: South Railway Officials led by Train Safety Commissioner (CRS) Abhai Kumar Rai conducted an inspection of safety laws on the Railroad section of the country of 43 km between Podanur and Pollachi Junction on Monday, Commissioner checked electrical work, engineering, and signaling in parts.

While the train has allocated Rs 159 Crore for Dindigul – Palakkad electrification work, RS 31 Crore is spent on podanur parts.
Because the part fell between Salem and the Palakkad train division, the train manager and division officials from the two divisions were present during the trial, in addition to senior officials from Chennai.
