Kolkata: It’s a difficult and frequent battle, tie-breakers.
Close competition for seats has begun at Jadavpur University, which has published a list of achievements for undergraduate courses at the Faculty of Arts and Science.
The University has installed a separate list for candidates who pass schools affiliated with different boards, such as state boards, CBSE and CISCE.
In physics, eight HS students were bound by a score of 399, while the name of the 20 candidates had emerged, all of which had scored 397.
For English, 14 HS students ranked between 96 and 97.
In chemistry, 15 students from other boards have scored 790 Up to 800, while among HS competitors, 36 has scored between 791 and 800.
The university has also published the names of candidates registered in all subjects that will get the chance only if the chair remains empty after the first cycle of reception.
“Universities usually carry out test acceptance and personal interviews before receiving students for UG courses, but this year, there is no entrance examination held.
Reception is being carried out only based on the candidate scores.
Regardless of their Plus-II score, different formulas have been adopted by the department , some of them are also calculated in signs of the X class X board, “said a university official.
The online payment system for entry will be activated at 6pm on September 10.
Students must receive entrance tickets on September 12.
“Selected candidates must upload a copy of their certificates and documents, the original to be examined after physical verification is possible.
Every difference will lead to the cancellation of revenue,” the official said.
