Rajkot: A complaint was put forward against a 20-year-old young man at the Bhaktinagar police station in Rajkot City on Wednesday for the abduction and rape of underage.
According to the police, a 40-year-old woman filed a complaint against Maqsood Sandh, a vinodnagar resident in the Jangleshwar area in Rajkot, for kidnapping and raping her 16-year-old daughter.
Survivor was allegedly kidnapped on Monday by the defendant and was released on Wednesday.
The police have held up allegations and records them under various parts of the Indian criminal code and part of the protection of children from the Act of Sexual Violation (Pocso) and launched the probe.
