‘Live dead’ makes victory hoping to live in Mubarakpur Azamgarh

VARANATION: Lal Bihari ‘Mritak’, which remains dead in revenue records for years, will oppose the upcoming assembly selection of the Mubarakpur seat in the Azamgarh district.
He also opposed the election that failed in the past to prove that he was still alive and increased the fate of thousands of ‘life’ like him.
“I am committed to fighting for justice for those who have died in government records,” said Lal Bihari, the sufiks ‘mritak’ (died) in his name, and has established the Sangh Mritak (Uttar Pradesh Association of Dead People) it has thousands of members in this country.
“Even though I won my battle in court to prove that I was still alive, there were still thousands of people ‘living dead’ at Uttar Pradesh alone who lived but had been declared dead in income records,” he said.
According to him, he was 21 years old when he was declared dead in the income record on July 30, 1976, allegedly at the behest of his relatives who wanted to seize his assets.
After the 18-year-old struggle, he was declared living on June 30, 1994.
He still fought the battle of the law against the state government who was looking for compensation for the trauma he faced for years that he should be ‘dead’.
Lal Bihari, a native of Azamgarh Regency, was fighting compensation for the missing years after submitting RS 25 Crores claims in Allahabad High CADR against the state government in 1994.
He said that it would be the seventh election.
Previously, he had opposed three selections Lok Sabha and three elections Vidhan Sabha.
For the first time, he had compiled the selection of Sabha from Allahabad in 1988 followed by the selection of Sabha from Amethi against the end of Rajiv Gandhi in 1989.
He also fought the election of the Mubarakpur seat in 1991, 2002 and 2007, and Lalganj parliament In 2004.
For his unique struggle, Lal Bihari was awarded IG Nobel Peace Award in 2003.
