New Delhi: Delhi Police on Tuesday submitted a petition for the party party Lok Jansakti on charges of rape.
This case has been listed below Section 376, 376 (2) (K), 506, 201, 120B IPC based on complaints by a woman, who accused him of raping him.
“The direction of the court comes on Thursday and a case has been registered in the relevant part of the Place Connaught police station,” said a senior police officer.
Raj met with the victim for the first time in January 2020, who also joined the party in 2019 as well.
In accordance with the police, both of them met in Western Courts, Janpath, Delhi, where Raj was allegedly sexually attacked the victim after anesthetizing him and made the video from the action and threatened him.
Raj then began visiting the victim’s house regularly.
Feel the victim’s efforts to get out of forced relationships, he threatened him, First Copy stated.
According to FIR, the victim also met with the leader of the Senior Party Chirag Paswan and told him about this problem.
Paswan also convinced him to complete all problems and he was persuaded not to submit a case.
No action happened further, the victim accused in FIR.
Then in February 2020, after the victim left the party, Raj submitted a request against the complainant.
He maintained the victim in illegal detention for more than 14 hours and in collusion with the police, made all the available evidence on him, the complaint was stated.
In May 2021, a complaint was conveyed by the victim at the Parliament Police Station, New Delhi.
When he saw the lack of action by the police, the Delhi court issued instructions to the police station and the FIR registered.
