NEW DELHI: Lok Janshakti Party boss Chirag Paswan on Thursday reported the assembly held with his own uncle Pashupati Paras-headed faction at Patna is”unconstitutional” and”lacked quorum”.
Chirag Paswan said that the celebration has advocated Election Commission to prevent Paras-headed faction from utilizing LJP emblem, flag in its own meetings.
Before now, LJP MP Pashupati Kumar Paras, who recently staged a political coup and deposed nephew Chirag Paswan because the party leader, was on Thursday announced elected, unopposed, the newest national president of this ensemble, information agency PTI reported quoting sources.
“No other competitor filed nomination papers until 3 pm and an official statement regarding the election of this Hajipur MP is going to be reached in the day,” PTI quoted sources as saying.
