LKO: Dengue Stings 27, a surge in hotspots continues

Lucknow: The surge in cases of dengue fever in the city hotspot continued on Monday with 27 more people were diagnosed with diseases in the last 24 hours.
This is the same as a one-day surge recorded on October 14.
Six patients must be hospitalized due to the fall of their blood platelets, while others recover at home.
While 26 patients were reported from the hotspot area of ​​Aishbagh, Maal, Alambagh, Kaiserbagh, Aliganj, Indiranagar, NK Road and Sarojininagar, among others, one patient belonging to Gosainganj.
About 565 cases have been recorded in the city since September 1.
A most of this comes from the hotspot area.
In addition, 20 cases of allegedly dengue came to Lokbandhu Hospital.
All are positively tested for diseases through card tests.
While 10 has been received because of their serious condition, the rest was sent back home after treatment.
“Samples of all 20 patients have been sent to the Elisa confirmation test,” said Dr.
Ajay Tripathi, Director of the Lokbandhu Hospital.
Meanwhile, Aedes Aegypti’s mosquito larvae, which brought the dengue virus, was found in 21 houses in Aliganj, Rajajipuram, Gomtinagar and Balaganj during the Anti-Mosquito Drive of the Ministry of Health.
