Lucknow: Two police aspirants, one of them is a Jawan with the central armed forces, using HI-tech tools such as ‘Bluetooth’ and WhatsApp to write checks for sub-inspectors, but are arrested in action by the Hawk-eye invigilator.
Duo Dinesh Chandra and Amit Kumar are in distant synchronization with their solver which is placed outside and hid-down wrapped the answer, when a check-drive suddenly destroyed their crimes at the Jankipuram Center.
Examination was held by the recruitment and promotion agency of the Uttar Pradesh Police (UPRPB) on Saturday.
Dinesh, Amit and their helpers Saurabh Tiwari and Rahul Rathi were officially arrested on Sunday.
The police said Amit used the ‘Bluetooth’ device to connect with his breaker, which was in the process after he was told about the arrest in the examination hall.
“We tried to find another colleague,” said Sho, Janipuram, Kuldeep Gaur, who said, Dinesh captured other examination halls.
“The Invigilator confiscated a miniature cellphone, which escaped quickly before the examination began,” Sho said.
Then, a police team scans his phone and found him in touch through whatsapp with two breakers, Saurabh and Rahul, which surfed above the answer.
The police team was warned and the duo was also arrested.
The police said, Dinesh was a jawan with the central armed force.
“The four arrested do not have a criminal history, except this case,” said Gaur.
They have been ordered for dishonesty, criminal conspiracy and charged with undergoing public examination (prevention of unfair way) ACT, 1998, and information technology law.
