Rajkot: Disputes about loan repayment produce gym owners from the city robbed car, jewelry, licensed revolves, and live cartridges by a friend.
Ravi Patel’s complainant, Ambika City resident, registered a complaint with the Taluka Rajkot police station against Kaushik Dapani, Tirth Patel and Sagar Patel.
According to the case details, Patel, who run the gym at Kalavad Road, has borrowed Rs 3 Lakh from his friend Dapani three years ago.
Over the past few months, Dapani has demanded Patel to return the money that he also borrowed the number of his sister.
Patel on Wednesday night reached Dapani’s house to pay the number of interest.
But Dapani insisted on getting a principal amount.
When things between them changed with violence, two friends Dapani – Tirth and Sagar – too joined in the fight.
Patel accused three of the cars, the gold chain and revolver.
Dapani immediately reached the police station and registered a complaint against the three under the IPC 384, 323 and 504 sections.
