Rajkot: A personal financer out of Devbhoomi Dwarka district Jamkhambhalia was reserved for allegedly threatening to kidnap a debtor for failing to repay a loan. According to authorities, Abhi Kundalia (25), a resident of Shreeji culture in Jamkhambhalia city, who possesses an electrical thing showroom on station street, lodged a complaint from Amit Gadhvi, a cash lender. “Kundalia made Rs 3 lakh about 8 percent monthly rate of interest out of Gadhvi in February this year. Kundalia paid Rs 2.38 lakh however he was not able to cover the remaining sum. Gadhvi started placing stress on him” a police officer said. “Kundalia educated his dad about the trade and he moved on to fulfill Gadhvi to know more about the outstanding volume. Gadhvi advised that the older Kundalia that the Rs 14.63 lakh remains outstanding and threatened to kidnap his own child in the event the amount isn’t paid back in the first. Both then decided to file a police complaint against Gadhvi,” police said.
