Thiruvananthapuram: Left Democratic Front (LDF) won eight wards and united Democrats (UDF) succeeded with seven wards in the election held to 15 local bodies in the state.
While UDF won four LDF sitting chairs, the latter had won three seat sitting UDF.
The napping door was held for 11 Grama Panchayat Ward in Pathanamthitta, Alappuzha, Kottayam, Ernakulam, Malappuram, Kozhikode and Kannur, one Block Panchayat Ward in Malappuram Regency and three city countries in the Tethuvananthapuram district on Wednesday.
Ward Won by LDF is: Kalanjoor (Pathanamthitta), Pazherhi (Sulthan Bathery Municipality, Valiyamala (Nedumangad), Parassery West (Thalakkad), Muttar (Alappuzha), Veerpad (Aralam), Choorathodu (Valalayam Panchayat).
Ward won by UDF is : Elikkulam (Kottayam), Cherukavu (Malappuram), Mudappilassery (Wandapn), Vazhikkadavu (Nilampur), KozhippiTty (Varappetty Panchayat), Ward Sixth (Maradi) and Piravom Municipality).
