Local Cell Complaints by 92%, spent only 17%

New Delhi: Complaints received by Local Hoseding 92% from 1,427 in 2019-20 to 110 in 2020-21 but the total expenditure fell only 17% in the appropriate period despite a covid pandemic, thanks to fixed administrative bills.
Interestingly, only 30 complaints have been received so far in 2021-22.
