New Delhi: Complaints received by Local Hoseding 92% from 1,427 in 2019-20 to 110 in 2020-21 but the total expenditure fell only 17% in the appropriate period despite a covid pandemic, thanks to fixed administrative bills.
Interestingly, only 30 complaints have been received so far in 2021-22.
According to a reply on September 8, 2021, which was given by Lokpal India to the RTI query submitted by RTI activists based in Kerala Govindan Nampoothiry, Total Lokpal expenditure dropped from RS 16.40 Crore in 2019-20-207 Crore at 2020-21 .

Of the 1,427 complaints received by Local in 2019-20, the maximum originated (361), followed by Delhi (156), Maharashtra (138), Rajasthan (107) and Bihar (107).
Countries with the most complaints are Assam (5), Himachal Pradesh (8), Kerala (11) and Telangana (18).
The address is not provided by complaints in 28 cases.
