Ranchi: Representatives of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the state on Sunday said the new Jharkhand state employment for the Local Candidate Act in 2021, which mandated 75% of work reservations in the private sector for the local residents, will have an impact Very little on their function.

The new law mandates that all private companies will have 75% of their work (which is paid by Rs 40,000 a month) for locals.
