Daltonganj: Senior Administrative and Police officers from Palamu Regency are left shocked on Wednesday after residents of the hamlet below the Head of the Police Office of Pipra Tarn did not appear for the inauguration of the new police station building.
Located 55 km from here, the boundary of the Pipra Tarn police station is a beds from the CPI operation (Maois) for many years now.
The damaged road made a motorized trip to Pipra Tarn which was uncomfortable and difficult.
Even though the place was wearing a festive look with a stage which was decorated with fesinon and placards, less than a dozen local residents appeared for inauguration.
Deputy Commissioner Shashi Ranjan, police supervisor Chandan Kumar Jha and Palamu digging Raj Kumar Lakra and other senior police officers attended the event.
Confused by low descriptions, administrative officials are suspicious that local residents may have been abstained from a function that needs to be feared by the retribution of Maois.
“There are only a few people in the inauguration,” said Ranjan to Ti.
“It was very rainy in the past few days and locals may be busy working in their fields and sowing rice.
This might have nothing to do with the fear of Maois,” said a senior official at the event.
Lakra also adds to the theory.
Asked whether the police were left behind in connected people, the Lakra said: “We can’t tell everyone about the inauguration.
It’s up to people whether they want to visit.”
