Thane: Train Suburban Commuters will now be deprived of traveling through a long parsic tunnel between Thane and Diva after the rapid line migration of the existing alignment.
Traveling through the Parsik Tunnel is a unique experience, guaranteeing local commuter every day, most of it who has experienced a sensation when fellow passengers often break through with loud singing paying respect to the temple of the god Mumbra Devi which is located on the hills on the neck break speed and crosses River bridge.
While commuting will lose the experience when traveling downward, they will be able to experience the same thing for a few more days while traveling up the direction until the traffic is migrated to order a parsik tunnel experience just for outstation traffic.
Usually said there had been examples of passengers who preferred to travel by fast trains just to experience the moment of parsik tunnel.
“While we are glad that the corridor’s expansion finally happens that will help increase the train movement in this section, we will miss traveling through a parsik tunnel which is an integral part of the trip from the suburbs extended to Thane and Mumbai,” said the train activist.
