Lockdowns Can Not Battle Covid, States Asaduddin Owaisi

HYDERABAD: AIMIM president Asaduddin Owaisi on Sunday reported that lockdowns aren’t a way to fight Covid-19 and this vaccination is the sole long-term remedy.
In a set of tweets hours prior to the condition cabinet headed by chief minister Chandrasekhar Rao fulfilled here in order to have a call about the expansion of lockdown, Owaisi explained,”As statistics reveals, Covid-19 instances are decreasing considerably before lockdown was enforced on May 12.
It is clear it is not lockdown which assisted.
In addition, it is obvious that Covid-19 may be scrapped without lockdown.
” He urged the chief minister’s office (@Telangana CMO) to not expand the lockdown.
“If the objective is to decrease crowding, then we might consider day curfews from 6 pm onwards or miniature lockdowns from Covid-19 clusters,” that he tweeted.
He explained that lockdowns provide a cruel option into the poor: poverty, and police atrocities or even pandemic.
He explained one can battle Covid-19 simply by educating the general public about Covid-19 tweaking and precautions policies to empower such lifestyle modification.
Owaisi additionally tweeted Telugu advocating the CM to not expand lockdown and received enormous reaction from Twitterati who enjoyed it.
