Lok Adalat settles 63,000 cases in Telangana

Hyderabad: The accident claims scores were completed, the warrant couple was reunited and hundreds of long-delayed civil disputes were resolved in mediation and conciliation efforts carried out by judges throughout Telangana as part of Lok Adalat National on Saturday.
In the state, 63,347 cases were resolved through the National Adalat Lok Court held in several districts, and a number? 61.5 Crore was handed over to the party as compensation in various cases related to road accidents, etc.
The authorities can prevent the parties from approaching and resolving their complaints through efforts to reconcile at the pre-litigation stage itself.
And, in connection with those who have approached the court, they can complete 55,298 cases delayed in court.
In the place of civil court the city of Hyderabad, 695 civil cases were resolved peacefully by separate benches led by Judge C Suma Latha’s head, Head of Additional Judge Prathima, K Prabhakar Rao, Saritha, Roja Ramani, and others.
Madhusudhan, a 26-year-old young man from Vanasthalipuram, was handed over to the check for RS 26 Lakh to compensation and the case he was fighting before the motorbike accident claimed the court stood.
He lost his foot in an accident of 2018 and looked for Rs 36 Lakh as compensation.
Judges held deliberations with insurance companies and victims and resolved this problem for RS 26 Lakh.
Michael, a resident of Hyderabad who also lost his legs in an accident on Jalan Kurnool because the driving rash by a tractor driver, agreed to resolve this problem for the compensation of Rs 4.70 Lakh and the chairman of the Prathima additional judge gave him a command of the compensation award.
