New Delhi: Lok Sabha on Thursday passed the Airport Authority of the Indian Economic Arrangement (Amendment) of Bill, 2021 without a debate in the midst of a commotion created by opposition members for Pegasus’s demands and agricultural law.
This bill seeks to change the Authority of the Indonesian Economic Arrangement Authority Act, 2008.
Proposes to change the definition of “Main Airport” so as to extend the scope to determine the tariff for a group of airports as well, which will encourage a smaller development of the airport.
