HYDERABAD: People turning to get their next dose of this Covid-19 vaccine on Wednesday were compelled to await hours out vaccination centers with most of these left with restricted dosages of this shot.
Some centers even had’just 100 doses accessible’ exhibited outside their assumptions.
Furious over the lack, inhabitants got into heated discussions with officials in some centers, demanding to know why dosages weren’t offered.
“I arrived here at about 8 am; it is 12 pm today and I am waiting for the turn,” rued KV Rao, a resident of Kukatpally seeing a government law center.
While the speed picked up in hospitals, sources stated that adequate vaccine doses weren’t accessible at all rural and urban main healthcare centres.
The state health division, meanwhile, claimed that the three lakh people will receive their second dose from the end of May.
