Looking for Delhi HC nodded for sales of assets to rely on: SC into the future

New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Tuesday asked for future retail to find a nod of the Delhi High Court to resume a jammed process for finalizing Rs 25.00 0Crore sold asset sales with Reliance Retail, awaiting the approval of the National Company Law and Objection by Amazon Multinational.
It can come as a small window of hope for the restrained future retail, which is threatened with the bankruptcy process by the 26 bank consortium when involved in the bitter multi-forum litigation with Amazon.
Multinational, at the investment strength of Rs 1.473crore in the future coupons, has initiated the arbitration process against future groups and received an illegal order on the sale of retail assets in the future to rely on retail.
With banks that breathe their necks, retail in the future has moved SC which seeks to stop the lender notification for the initiation of the bankruptcy process.
