Pune: Minister of Home Maharashtra Dilip Walse-Patil on Thursday said Pune Police have issued a search notice on September 3 to prevent Rane’s nylammi, the wife of the Narayan Union Minister Rane, and Mla Son, Nitesh, from leaving the country as their presence is needed for related investigations with cases of financial loan fraud suspected.
“The state government has received a letter from the central government, which responds to a complaint application by someone.
The letter is forwarded to the Department of Houses and the police for the right action.
Notifications have been issued on the basis of this letter,” Walse-Patil told reporters.
He did not mention the name of the complainant.
Both patchouli and nitesh, together with the company running the hotel chain, is a dome of the RS40 Crore loan from DHFL Corporation and they still pay Rs 34.09 Crore from this number, a Pune police officer said.
Nitesh Rane then tweeted that they would move Bombay HC to cancel the notification.
Commissioner Pune Public Police Amitabh Gupta told TII, “The Director General of State Police directs the city police to issue a shelter notice to run.
There are no cases of police registered in Pune.
