Lookout notification was issued to former Min Bhalaji

MADURAI: The police have issued a notice of observations at the airport against former Minister of AIDMK K T Rajenthra Bhalaji who has fled to avoid the arrest in two cases of work extortion that enrolled against him by the Crime Criment Branch (DCB) Police Virudhunagar.
Official sources said that as many as eight special teams were formed by the Virudhunagar District Police to Nab Bhalajia.
The first case was contrary to Bhalajia and his two legs to raise money from 23 people by promising to get government work in Aavin and the Government Department.
The second is based on complaints from K Nallathambi, a person accused of being together in the first case, who claimed that Rajenthra Bhalajia had used it as a tool to raise money from people who promised work in Aavin.
The former minister has been ordered under Section 406 (punishment for criminal violations of trust), 420 (cheating and discussing property delivery), 120B (criminal conspiracy) and 506 (i) (penalty for criminal intimidation) from the Indian criminal code.
Bhalaji has led his party’s protest in Virudhunagar against the DMK government on December 17.
When he was told that the two anticipatory guarantee petition was dismissed by Madras High Court, he left the place by switching several cars and escaping.
Bhalaji also submitted a special leave application before the Supreme Court challenged the dismissal of the insert assurance petition.
Observation notification is an attempt to prevent it from leaving the country.
