Losing 20 kg because of cruelty, man said, divorced

Chandigarh: The Punjab High Court and Haryana have enforced the decision of the Aperor’s family court who gave a divorce to a man who was physically challenged by a 50% hearing loss (he used a hearing aid) who had claimed that he had lost 21kg because his wife’s mentality was atrocity.
Refusing the appeal submitted by the man’s wife with the command of a family court, HC relied on the fact that all complaints and criminal cases were submitted by the woman against her husband (who said his weight dropped from 74kg to 53kg) and his family) and his family was found wrong, which numbered Mental cruelty.
The division bench consisting of Ritu Judge Bahri and Archana Puri passed the order while rejecting the appeal submitted by women who were seeking to arrangement of divorce commands on August 27, 2019.
The couple married in April 2012 and had a daughter.
The man’s case was that his wife was hot-tempered and wasteful and never tried to adjust to his family.
According to him, he used to choose a quarrel over a small problem, because he felt humiliated in front of his family but remained silent, hoping for a good taste would win over respondents in the future.
But his behavior does not change.
Accepting his cruel wife, the man claimed to be in the presence of a court that he weighed 74kg until the wedding, but he now weighed 53kg.
Denies the accusation, the woman argues that she always does her marriage obligations with love and respect.
“Her husband, who never treated him with love and affection.
Instead, he always treats him with cruelty.
He never behaves badly with his in-laws,” the reading of the woman read.
He also claimed that after six months of marriage, her husband and family members began to harass and embarrass him for dowry.
During hearing, HC found that the woman left her husband in 2016, and also left her daughter at her wedding home and had never tried to meet him.
It was also revealed that the family of the husband had never demanded dowry and even paid for higher studies after marriage.
HC found that false complaints were also submitted by the woman against her husband and family members.
