With companies such as IBM, Global Macquarie and Freshworks services that come, Wit-ACE aims to cover 5,000 families.

Today, with the help of this program, I have worked as a professional HR in a real estate company since last month.
This is this is Entry-level work, but gradually I learned to manage everything in life, “Deepa said, whose husband was used to work with IBM.
Like the Ministry of State, Anita is 30 years old (the name changes) from Bengaluru, has never worked before.
The tragedy hit his family when her husband, who worked as a project manager with IBM, died in May because Covid.
When he found the FFLL program, he regained his confidence and it helped him secure a job as an analyst.
“Before I joined this program, I was very demotivated.
I thought I was very unfortunate to lose my husband at a young age.
But when I joined this program, I interacted with many young women who also lost my loved ones because of Covid.
Motivating sessions I am to think of things from different perspectives.
Mentoring and live training sessions are very helpful in increasing my confidence and making me mentally strong, “Anita said.
This program specifically includes sessions on how to deal with losses, while also helping with career mentoring and coaching.
This helps participants through mock and assessment tests at various points of life.
They can also interact with seniors and mentors who train them on how to manage life at these critical points, how to handle job interviews, how to manage work life with children & family, and how to get a job.
WIT-ACE’s senior advisor Navin Upadhyay, who led these efforts, said work could bring the peace needed to someone.
On the other hand, fear of running out of money can make people vulnerable.
“After IBM approached us to understand how the industry could be more beneficial for families who lost breadwinners, many other companies have come to help those in need of skills and assistance, so they can move towards self-sustenance.
We encourage our corporate network with weight To hire those who need and give them orientation and confidence to get out and work.

We have never seen synergy in such a way that the company’s demand and supply is filled through this program.
We feel very grateful that we can support our valuable dependencies that lose their lives for Covid.
We have never imagined we have brilliant potential in members Excellence Uarga they are just waiting to be maintained.
We have trained a large number of people through the FFLL program.
Of course, this is not just a number, this is a ray of hope for those who have lost most of their lives.
