Louder restrictions to wear in 4 days: government k’taka

Bengaluru: With a worrying increase in a positive Covid-19 case in Karnataka, the state government said that “almost certain” that the third wave of the “Covid-19 pandemic was” unavoidable “.
As a result, Revenue Minister R Ashoka on Sunday morning immediately after the meeting with the Chairman of the Minister of Bumavaraj Bommai said that the government would immediately announce a harder restriction to curb the threat of a spreading virus.
With curfew at Karnataka ended on January 7, Ashoka said the high power committee in Covid-19 will meet 4 or January 5 to discuss the need for more restrictions in the state.
“With the increasing case of Covid-19 it became increasingly clear that the third wave of Covid-19 was unavoidable.
We will immediately impose more stringent restrictions in the state and urge people to cooperate with the failed government where locking will be unavoidable,” warned ashoka .
The statement was repeated and supported by CM Bommai in Bercuthavi when he said that the government together with a harder limit would also concentrate on adding a health system in the state.
“We are preparing a basic plan to ensure that there are enough beds, ICU beds, and adequate oxygen supply to save life.
I have given instructions to the Ministry of Health to increase the number of ICU beds and take a vaccination drive on the war footing,” said CM.
Bommai also said he had given instructions to the Border District of Border and Vijayapura to have a strict examination at the checkpost with a required negative report of RT-PCR with a vaccination certificate to enter the country.
“While the examination will be troubled by some passengers, we are forced to ensure this protects the life of Karnataka residents,” CM said, added that the final decision about further restrictions and other requirements to curb a pandemic spread will be taken at that time meeting for a few days to front.
Previously Ashoka said the government wanted to avoid a common situation in Delhi and West Bengal with both countries virtually walking.
“In Maharashtra also the situation is deteriorating and they also tend to see soon locking.
We want to avoid this situation and will assess the country’s position in the coming days,” he said.
