Nagpur: Breaking all records reported since the first wave, Vidarbha on Sunday reported the newest Covid-19 case in 37.
Significantly, 18,040 tests were carried out in the last 24 hours, which meant the test level of 0.20% test on Vidarbha.
With 63 patients recovering on Sunday, the level of recovery of Vidarbha is far above 98% with five districts having a recovery rate of around 99%.
On Sunday, Buldhana was once again the only district to report Covid-19 death.
In the past week, only Buldhana reported death.
Nagpur reported only three new cases from 7,351 tests at the 0.04% peposititivity level.
Bhandara and Yavatmal reported zero cases from 555 and 634 tests.
Overall, Vidarbha only has 687 patients in care.
Nagpur (227), Amravati (103) and Chandrapur (103) are the only districts that have more than 100 patients in treatment in the notes.
Bhandara (7) and Yavatmal (7) now have the lowest number of ‘active patients’ in Maharashtra.
As the majority of patients are in house isolation, the beds are mostly not inhabited in Vidarbha.
Buldhana: This district reported only four new cases while two patients recovered.
Of the 87,237 patients reporting so far, 86,548 has recovered, which means the recovery rate is 99.2%.
Only 17 patients were in care, with most of them at home.
Amravati: Only six new cases and 13 recovery took the Caseload district to 96,470 and recovery of up to 94 806 on Sunday.
With the district that reported no Covid death for the seventh day in a row, the victim remained constant at 1,561.
It leaves 103 cases in treatment now.
Wardha: Two new cases detected in the district of 557 test reports on Sunday, took the total case to 49,360.
After being excluded from four patients, recovery increased to 48.006, leaving 30 positively active in care.
There are no deaths reported.

Yavatmal: No death and no new positive case while one patient recovered in the district.
This is the 36th day in a row ‘No Covid Death’ which helped the victim to stay at 1,789.

Chandrapur: There are six new detection while eight patients recovered on Sundays.
Without a victim on that day there were 103 active patients left in care.
Covid Caseload has edged up to 84,978 while the recovery number rose to 83,341.

Akola: Of the 622 tests carried out in the last 24 hours, only 2 positive.
There is no recovery on Sunday.
Now, this district has 57,748 cases, including 56,556 recovery.
The recovery rate is 98%.

Washim: There are four new cases and six recovered.
Of the 41,641 patients reported so far, 40,965 has recovered, which means the recovery rate of more than 98%.

Gadchiroli: District reported 8 cases from 407 tests carried out in the last 24 hours, while seven patients recovered.
Now, Gadchiroli has 71 patients in care.
Gondia: There are two new cases detected from 515 tests.
With four recovery again, the recovery rate touched 98.3%.

Bhandara: No patient reported from 634 tests while one patient recovered.
