Low salary, health risks there are no obstacles because demand for the work of wisdom increases in Karnataka

Bengaluru: Although a low salary and even though there is a big risk needed given a pandemic situation, the demand for the work of Anganwadi and Helper’s work has soared.
The Department of Women and Child Development, Dakshina Kannada, received 464 applications for 21 jobs available for Anganwadi workers, and 160 applications for 52 empty posts from maids.
Interestingly, a little below 5% of applicants are graduates.
The qualifications needed for an Anganwadi worker are SSLC, and they are paid by Rs 10,000 per month, while the maid gets Rs 5,000.
Asha and Anganwadi workers are the backbone of Indian rural health services, and workers of Anganwadi are frontline respondents in the battle against Covid-19.
But the application surged with the highest number for posts on Bantwal and Urban Mangaloru.
Authorities receive 149 applications for six empty poles from Anganwadi workers on Bantwal, and 106 applications for five posts in Mangaloru Urban.
For 14 empty cuttlery posts in Putture, 46 applications are accepted.
However, the CEO of Dakshina Kannada Zilla Panchayat Kumar said it was not all who had submitted a qualified pole.
In accordance with the feasibility criteria, applicants must residents around the same or the same village where Anganwadi is located.
“Because the process of applying is made online, anyone in all countries can be applied.
This is one reason the application has increased,” Kumar said.
“Applicants from districts or other states must be prevented from implementation and we have asked the government to streamline these aspects.
If there are no applicants from their respective villages or around it, then candidates from neighboring villages can be considered for posts.” He said One reason why many women apply for this post are because they can easily manage domestic work and wisdom.
“Workers of Anganwadi and Helper Work are significant at the grassroots level.
This is a good sign that work significance is being recognized, despite low remuneration.
While verifying notes, we also pay attention that almost 5% of candidates are graduates.
This can be associated with the current work crisis , “Kumar said.
