Hyderabad: Several lowland areas face a puddle and disturbed road lane in Telangana on Friday after heavy rains that destroyed the country for the past two days.
Help operations were taken in Nirmal and other districts because several housing areas faced inundation, the official source said.
National Disaster Response Personnel (NDRF) saved a group of seven people trapped in the ashram in the Nizamabad district.
The state road and building minister Vemula Prashant Reddy oversaw the operation and those who were stranded in the ashram were saved early on Friday, they said.
Some rivulets and other water bodies are in the Spate following heavy rain which leads to disturbances in road relations in various villages in the state.
Minister of Fairy and Welfare of the Welfare of the State of Satayavati Rathod, who held a meeting with Mahabubabad Regency officials on Friday, directed them to take steps to strengthen Bunds Tanks and other water bodies to prevent violations.
Wankidi at the Bheem Asifabad District Gumgute received 39 cm rainfall, followed by AsifaBad (30 CMS), Sarangapur in the Nirmal District (21 cms), the official source said.
Some other places in Jagtial, Nirmal, Nizamabad and Warangal Rural received very heavy rainfall, they said.
Normal life was affected in several parts of Telangana on Thursday because heavy rain continued to describe the country for the second day, which led to the inundation of lowland areas and road lane interference.
Chairperson of Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao held a meeting with officials on Thursday in the rain situation and directed them to be vigilant and ensured that people living in lowland areas did not face difficulties after
