LS passed the bill 386-0 to let the status make the OBC list itself

New Delhi: With Parliament resonated by the demand that 50% of the ceiling in the quota was carried out, the center on Tuesday said it “understood” sentiment while showing that the constitutional and legal dimensions need to be studied given the reluctance of the Supreme Court to the relaxed bar.
The request was raised as Lok Sabha issued a 386-0 constitutional amendment bill to restore the power of the state to make the OBC list itself.
Minister of Justice Virendra Kumar said Maharashtra could compile its own list including the Maratha community.
MPS also raised the demands of JATS, Patel and Gurjar, among others.
“The government understands this sentiment that the lid must be reconsidered because the limit was implemented 30 years ago, but the court has repeatedly taken the attitude that must be abandoned.
So, it is necessary to carefully consider the constitutional and legal dimension.
Indra Sawney’s command talks about breaking it, but Only in extraordinary circumstances and for people who come out of the mainstream, “Minister said.
Minister of Justice Virendra Kumar circled the demands that the caste census was carried out to determine correctly the proportion of OBCS was also called that the details of the previous socio-economic caste census were published.
But Kumar negotiated a 50% ceiling problem by claiming the center sympathy while underlining the judicial block which has so far thwarted efforts to provide quotas outside the boundary.
Sensitive requests to eliminate 50% of OBC Cap and Census or caste to estimate the mandal class population form the core of the debate when the LS takes a discussion on the 127th Constitutional Amendment bill after three weeks of interference.
This bill was designed to eliminate the Supreme Court assessment May 5 and restore the state’s strength to identify and maintain “list of OBC countries”.
In his reply, Kumar said Maharashtra would now have the power to compile a list of OBC countries that cover the Maratha community.
Lok Sabha with a round voice allows the billless bill against it and 386 supports.
But an amendment was transferred by Vinayak Raut Shiv Sena for the freedom to declare to violate 50% hat negated with only 71 supporting votes.
Political consensus on the bill on the side, there are cruise demands on the ceiling of the BJP political bar.
The government, through the speaker, said that the intent of the bill was to provide their OBCS even as steps such as the economically weaker part quota provided assistance to the poor in the next.
BJP speakers argue that this bill is not a one-time action and follows several pro-OBC decisions, the latest reservation in all-Indian quota in medical colleges.
Congress, who often stepped on the middle road, led a call to remove the closed quota, with Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury set the tone.
He said the assessment of Indra Sawney who had put a hat also noted that it could surpass the “extraordinary state”.
He added, “The old caste system is responsible for the reservation system.” Ordering Maratha, which was rejected by SC in assessment related to the 102st constitutional amendment, found the prime place in the discussion because the look of Sena demanded its enactment as the NCP did with Chowdhury.
The removal of 50% lid was quoted as the main method for allowing it, because of the expression and others said the pending JATS quota proposal in Haryana, Patels in Gujarat, Gurjars in Rajasthan and Dhangars in Maharashtra.
Environment Minister Bhupender Yadav attacks Congress to “ignore OBC interests” for decades.
While he accused the congress did not apply the Mandal report for a decade, DMK Dayanidhi Maran said BJP added the VP Singh government because of his decision to implement the Mandal Reservation.
