Patna: The Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla arrived here on Thursday (February 17) to inaugurate the ‘Prabodhan’ Daylong ‘Prabodhan’ (Enlightenment) program for members of the Bihar Legislatorary House.
CM Nitish Kumar will be the main guest of the enlightenment program to be held in the Bihar Assembly Center Hall.
Bihar Vidhan Sabha Speaker Vijay Kumar Sinha said on Monday that the enlightenment program on the topic of ‘Legislator’s responsibilities in the course of democracy’ was being held on the occasion of the Foundation Day of the State Assembly.
He said this program would be divided into two sessions.
Whereas the first will be the first session, the other will be an enlightenment session.
“Speaker Lok Sabha Om Birla will inaugurate the 11am program.
Another journey that will overcome the prime session is the Deputy Chairperson of Rajya Sabha, Harivansh Narayan Singh, Chairman of Vidhan Parishad Awadesh Narayan Singh, both Deputy CMS Tarkishore Prasad and Renu Devi and Minister Parliament of the state of Vijay Kumar Choudhary, “Sinha said, added Select Thank you for being extended by Lok Sabha General Secretary Utpal Kumar Singh.
He also informed that this program was held jointly by the Institute of Research and Training Parliament for Democracy (Pride), Lok Sabha Unit and Secretariat Bihar Vidhan Sabha.
The second session, where the resource nara will focus on the topic, it will start at 3 pm.
The day after the Enlightenment Program, the Secretariat of the Assembly will hold a Daylong Training Program for Personal Assistant (PAS) from MLA.
When it will be explained how to help MLA in legislative work.
Then in the afternoon, Sinha’s assembly speaker held a high-level meeting with the Deputy CM Tarkishore Prasad and all senior government officers of the state for the preparation of the upcoming Prabodhan program.
Problems related to the welcome, accommodation and security of the Sabha Speaker and other guests were discussed at a meeting which was also attended by the Head of Secretary of Amir Subhani and DGP S K Singhal.
