LUCKNOW: In opinion of Covid-19 pandemic, the Lucknow University will be very likely to run online entry exam for admission for its PhD classes.
Unlike previous decades, the entry tests won’t just be held at Lucknow but also in many other cities.
Another entry test will be kept for entrance to fulltime and part-time PhD classes.
The cities in which the entry test is very likely to be held are Noida, Ghaziabad, Delhi, Varanasi and also Prayagraj.
The college has obtained around 4,500 software for entry to over 400 PhD chairs.
“We intend to conduct entry test in many cities contemplating the pandemic scenario.
The titles of those cities in which the entrance exam will be held will be not yet been finalized.
These cities will be chosen as centers from where large amount of programs will be obtained,” said entrance coordinator Pankaj Mathur.
The merit list will be shown on the university site along with also the departmental/institute’s opinion board.
The final choice of applicants for part time PhD programme is going to be determined by another entry evaluation.
