Lucknow: The physical class at Lucknow University was suspended on Monday because it was postgraduate scheduled for the same day.
Class will be continued from Tuesday.
Because the decision to suspend the class came at the 11th hour, some students appeared on campus for class on Monday.
Meanwhile, officials said only physical classes would be held on campus.
Those who cannot attend physical classes for any reason will be given online options only if a number of students from their respective course requests for the same thing.
“All students will be allowed to enter through an identity card or if the ID card is not there they must show cost receipts.
Good sanitation and campus fogging has been done to protect students from Covid-19 and Dengue,” Lu Durgesh spokesman said Srivastava.
He said the Covid-19 norm would be strictly followed and no students were allowed to enter campus or class without masks.
The university will also install cleaning dispensers operated with feet in the library, public spaces, hostels and laboratories.
Srivastava said students would not be allowed to use vehicles on campus and they had to park them in the vehicle zone made at gate 1, 2, 4 and 5.
