Lucknow: Lucknow University is likely to carry out undergraduate entrance tests from August 23-29.
Universities on Saturday closed the window for submitting the acceptance form for undergraduate programs (UG) and Postgraduate (PG).
More than 60,000 applications have been accepted for UG and PG courses.
The entrance test will have 100 multiple choice questions from two marks each.
There will be no negative tagging and candidates must complete the examination in 90 minutes.
“The entrance test is likely to be held between August 23 and August 29.
The University has succeeded in carrying out Uttar Pradesh Jee Up Bed-2021 after all Covid-19 safety norms.
Similarly, all necessary settings will be made to ensure the security of the candidates,” Lu said Vice-Chancellor Prof.
Kumar Rai.
Candidates prepare for the entrance test to enter the BA, BSC and BCOM and BA (Hons) courses will be asked of grade 12 syllabus of each stream while the integrated LLB (5 years) candidates will be asked questions from history, geography, general science, citizenship, Reasons and mental talents and public legal awareness.
In the entrance test for BBA and BCA courses, candidates will be asked questions about general knowledge, English, logical reasoning and numerical talent.
“The best way to prepare inspection is to delete the concepts taught in class 11 and 12.
Also, NCERT books and 10 and 12 class models will be very helpful,” said a senior teacher.
Meanwhile, the university also stated the schedule for the entrance test of PhD-2021.
Entrance examination, based on multiple choice questions, will be held on August 21 on the old Lu campus.
Candidates must answer 70 questions where 35 will be on the subject to choose PhD while the rest will be on the research methodology.
Examination will be for 90 minutes and there will be no negative sign.
