Lucknow: With 2,209 people more positively tested for Covid-19 on Friday, the number of Coronavirus infections which were recorded officially passed the 2.5 lakh sign in Lucknow, with a 1% mortality rate, since the commencement of Pandemi in March 2020.
It was also the third day in a row -Turut when the everyday case is above 2,000, taking active cases to 12,195.

The months of July, August and September watched the first wave that peaked on September 18 with 1,244 cases in one day.
After that the long-term decline began and daily infections fell below in February 2021.
From July 1, 2020, until January 31, 2021, a total of 80,307 cases of Covid and 1,159 deaths were recorded.
However, the second wave crashed into the city towards the march-end.
It’s more severe than the first with a high transmission rate.
It peaked on April 16, 2021, with 6,598 infections in 24 hours.
The second wave declined at the end of May 2021.
From March 15, 2021 to June 17, 2021, a total of 1.5 lakh cases and 1,337 deaths were officially recorded.
The third wave began on December 22 and has caused 12,952 infections so far.
The transmission rate in the third wave is higher than the first two waves, but no casualties have been officially reported to date.
Health officials also inform that the severity of infection is also low, then only 100 patients are currently being treated in various hospitals, while others recover in house isolation.
Overall, from March 11, 2021, until January 14, 2022, the total case of 2.51 lakh was recorded in Lucknow, where 2.36 (94%) had recovered, while 2.651 (1%) could not survive.

“Those who are in serious conditions have comorbidity and have been accepted due to non-covid health problems,” he added.
