Lucknow: In the case of death because Covid-19, the district government will be asked to conduct a death audit.
The instructions were issued by the Head of Secretary of Durga Shankar Mishra, who held a meeting with the district level Nodal officers on Monday.
All nodal officers appointed to oversee Covid management work in all 75 districts have been directed to visit districts allocated for three days on January 16 and submit their reports on arrangements on January 17.
CS says that even after a visit, they must communicate.
With officials in their districts by telephone every day and keeping the health department update about any changes in the situation.
CS directs Nodal officers to ensure that the monitoring committee is preparing their list that has not been vaccinated so far and then sends it to the district administration for further action.
They also have to check whether administration relates to them in house isolation and whether all positive patients have given a drug kit or not.
