Lucknow: Courts in Lucknow on Wednesday issued an arrest warrant against famous dancers Sapna Chaudhary for allegedly canceling the dance program and did not return money to the ticket holder.
Additional Chief Justice Judge Shantani Tyagi issued a warrant against Chaudhary, asking the police to execute on November 22, the next hearing date.
The court is scheduled for frame accusations in the case of dancers whose existence of the defendant is needed.
The previous Chaudhary also moved the court to cancel a shot at him but he had denied the relief.
FIR Against Chaudhary was registered at the Ashiyana police station on October 14, 2018 because of the alleged failure to turn to the dance performance at Smriti Upwan at Lucknow on October 13 that year from 3:00 p.m.
In addition to dancers, FIR also called the Junaid Ahmad program committee, Naveen Sharma, Iwad Ali, Amit Pandey and Ratnakar Upadhyay.
Tickets for this program are sold both online and offline at a cost of Rs 300 per ticket.
Thousands of people came to watch the show but when Chaudhary did not appear until 10pm, the crowd created a commotion in place.
People’s money is also thought not to be returned to them.
